The TÜV-Certificate for BLD 12/13 HD was took back by
formalistic (no technical) grounds. The TÜV-inspector can make
a single
inspection without TÜV-Certificate, but he must not do it. Please ask
the inspector before, if he accept the took back TÜV-Certificate as the
base of a single inspection or not. Every inspector has the competence
for this decision. When the handlebar is registered in your motorcycle
papers, all is legal. |
